She is a versatile professional artist who sees art in the most mundane of things as well. She adapted this passion from her father and started oil painting at the age of 17. After that she has never looked back, and indulged herself in pottery, mosaic art, lino printing, stained glass, meditational art, silk painting and batik painting.
The major part of her journey has been in the Middle East as she lived there for 20+ years. She has been a part of the “Visual art center” under the ministry of cultural and heritage for the state of Qatar in early 2000. Later in 2007, she was associated with the Arts and Craft center at PDO club in Oman. She has also exhibited her art pieces in various exhibitions and group art shows in GCC. They were appreciated by art connoisseurs and enthusiasts globally.
MalaYagnesh feels that art is a part of her soul and thus, she expresses it in various forms. She gets engrossed in her work for hours at once, as precision is her second nature.
